9. Short deliveries and damaged goods must be signed as such on the carrier's delivery note.
10.Orders received and where payment has been authorised by 2pm on a Week Day the goods will be delivered by the Next Working Day unless otherwise stated.
11.Deliveries made outside the UK Mainland and some areas of Scotland are subject to a delivery charge at cost.

Returns Policy

Please read our returns policy

1. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of invoice.
2. An official returns number must be obtained from Carl F prior to returning the goods or no refund will be given.
3. Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense, with proof of receipt at Carl F
4. Goods must be in resaleable condition, in original packaging, with all warranty/instruction/guarantee booklets.
